In 2017, pharmaceutical sales representatives armed with iPads struggled to navigate information-packed apps, hindering meaningful conversations. To remedy the situation I partnered with Amgen to reimagine the rep visit as an engaging, interactive experience that could help busy physicians connect with the real-world struggles of patients. The results were a series of modern, memorable experiments and experiences that proved a success for Amgen and my agency.
